ribs look good. I have the Weber rib rack but honestly never used it. And now that I think about it I don’t know why. Running 2-3 racks with it on the 22”kettle would save me from firing up the 26”. In need to give it a go! Thanks for posting

I have no problem with standing also, ...... RIBs guys the RIBS

I lay them down , only stand if I'm going to roll and fill like Eric @SmokinEdge did

But I would never say no to ribs done anyway at all........ I think.

This pic shows a double string, but a single is effective too.
