Snobbyville (Fishers) I have been smoking for a few years now. I have an Orion charcoal smoker. Also trying to get the neighbors to join the site as well since they have smokers. Pretty lucky to have 3 neighbors that are into smoking.

I live in NW Indianapolis. I am originally from NW Florida and have been smoking my entire life. I've used charcoal grills, upright smokers, indirect smokers, man made, Eggs, you name it. I am currently experimenting with a MES 30 smoker. If it smokes, I'll smoke on it!!!

Hello fellow Hoosiers! I'm new to the forum and just recently got a new Weber kettle. I live in Camby and can't wait for the weather to turn so I can get smoking!

Hey everyone, new to the site but not to smoking meats.  In in Fort Wayne and currently taking advantage of the weather to throw a chicken and some pheasant breasts on my Smokey Mountain.  First time smoking pheasant so wish me luck.

Have a great weekend!

I'm from Osceola which is smack in the middle between South Bend and Elkhart.  Have been smoking meat for years and just recently purchased a Pit Boss 820 Pellet "pooper" Grill/Smoker.

Howdy neighbors! I'm in Elkhart right between you guys. Have you been to the "Prized Pig" on the way to Niles on 12? Other than "Wheatberry" is there another good BBQ place around?

I have been to the prized pig.  It was OK, but the burnt ends that I got there were a little dry.  I think it may have been because we arrived in the afternoon and they may have been sitting for awhile. Have you been to Frankie's, yet?  The one on Washington street in South Bend is very good.  Also Bills BBQ on Franklin street in Elkhart used to be good, but I haven't been there in years.
