When to rub?????

Which gives the best tasting ribs???

Applying my rub tonight and wrapping them min plastic wrap for the night OR

waiting until tomorrow to put on my rub just before going into the smoker?

My feelings are, if ya got the time, put it on overnight, itâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s only gonna make it better…ya may want to refreshen the rub before you put them on the smoker though, it gets kinda wet!

I Marinade all night in apple juice, soy sauce and wor sauce. Then right before I smoke, I apply the rub. Once I applied the rub the night before but alot of it came off during all the handling. However both ways were to die for!!!

Depends on the cut. Ribs I rub usually the night before, butts, I marinade and rub just before I put in the smoker.
