After a couple refreshments, opted for something very simple for super.
A few walleye fillets and some sliced zucchini rings.
Flour, egg, Italian bread crumbs, sprinkled with Lawry's and some lemon pepper.
Blackstone heating up ( sure doesn't take long )

Boy that looks tasty! The walleye looks awesome and those zucchini rings are huge. Nice way to use up some of the larger ones.

Nice looking plate! Bet that walleye is awesome on the griddle!

P.s. I bet that's why you have a camper...so someone doesn't take a pole!

Boy these griddles are really taking off and seeing this meal is exactly why they are getting so popular. That looks fantastic and continues to document the versatility of these little cookers. Excellent job and some big points for this one!! I'd tear up a couple plates of that.

Looks good WR. I could go for a few plates of both the zucchini and walleye. I love cooking on my griddle and need to post some of my pics when I get a chance.
