I've been playing with my new (to me) smoker lately and so far so good. It still needs some tweeking, but I'm starting to get it figured out.

Thanks. It's a second hand, home made smoker so figuring out it's quirks is half the fun. SO far learned It needs a couple more air intakes.

It's a second hand, home made smoker that still needs some tweeking. As far as what's next.....probably more ABTs, hopfully a pork loin and what ever else I can find this week at the store
