Weekend Smoking Lineup

Off work today. Wife's brothers and dad headed hear for the long weekend. Good guys. Planning the following:

Batting lead off and currently on the smoker: Almonds.
In the two hole later today: Pig Candy.
Batting third this weekend tomorrow for lunch: Two Fatties (Sammie and breakfast style).
Batting clean up tomorrow for dinner: Two varieties of smoked meatballs and some poppers.
And the grand finale: Spiral Ham and turkey on Sunday. Brother-in-law injecting it with some recipe he has. I've never done an injected one before.

And to drink....a few beers, 7 & 7, and Kentucky mules.
