Never too early in the year to have thanksgiving. Fired up the WSM with the standard 325f with KBB & cherry. Simple rub of SPOG on a whole turkey breast.
Annalee made stuffin muffins I baked biscuits. We topped it off mashed taters, gravy and green beans.

Oh my that looks good. I think I might have a turkey breast in one of the freezers. Need to check tomorrow.
 
Everything looks amazing but WOW those biscuits look incredible! Mind sharing the recipe? I usually do a couple book folds with biscuit dough but have never gotten layers that impressive.
