Today's Thanksgiving Day in Canada and I smoked a 3 1/2 lb bone in, skin on 1/2 turkey breast in my MES for 4 1/4 hours at 240F. It rested once inside for about 3/4 hour while the rest of the dinner came together. Total menu was smoked turkey, gravy, dressing, mashed potatoes, green beans with bacon and lemon juice.

My daugher had to miss the meal as she had to work. There's enough that she will get a full meal as will my wife and I tomorrow. Oh, there's a pumpkin pie for later.

Heck yeah bud. You sure turned out a nice looking spread for Canadian thanksgiving. Nice job as usual!

Thanks! Team effort as usual - even the clean up. I do a lot of it as my wife has challenges with treatments she is going through for "C".
