Just bought the masterbuilt 40" smoker, smoked a turkey for Thanksgiving and it tasted wonderful. Read lots on this forum before i tried anything. Thanks for all the Help!

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
