I hope I'm not breaking any forum rules with this....and I have no affiliation at all with the site. My wife found it doing something that will eventually cost a bunch of money probably

Sounds like some interesting stuff....wonder how some of it would work with brining and rubs?

Chipotle olive oil? Tuscan Herb olive oil?

Ghost pepper salt? Bacon sea salt? Smoked Alderwood salt?

Black Cherry vinegar? Coconut Vinegar? Peach Vinegar?

Rook, morning.... The above blends are interesting....   Chef JimmyJ has helped me with recipes for making infused oils.... They turned out very good....   Smoked salts are a plus for adding a flavor profile to foods that is worthy....   Hopped up vinegar is very tasty... Bride just finished a batch of Raspberry Rice Wine Vinegar that is exceptionally good....  I think she has plans for it on some sort of baby spinach salad with toasted almonds and Reggi Parm.....   I don't dare ask.... Kitchen stuff is secret around here....   Dave
