This is round 2 of 5 lbs of old sokehouse flavor. I added 4.5 tsp ECA before stuffing.

pic shows 2.5 tbsp, but is 4.5 tsp 2.5 tbsp?  If there's 3 tsp to 1 tbsp, shouldn't there be 1.5 tbsp, not 2.5?

Added the ECA to the small cup and dint level out. Y'all are on the ball here.

Add to measuring cup, Tap and level. Add tsp #2 Tap and level

Add #3 Repeat

4 Repeat
