We had Asparagus Prosciutto left so we made them again

Second verse - better then the first. I like the idea of adding prosciutto to the taters sounds like a winning combo. We see tuna all the time at the fish store. I'm just a little worried that I'd over cook it.

I haven't had Grilled Tuna like that since Bear Jr had the Infrared Grill that got well over 1000°.
Only thing I got that could make Tuna like that would be my Charcoal Starter Chimney.

Brother John I see you had the chimney out the other day.I have been using my chimney for grilling Tuna,it cooks it perfectly IMHO Thanks for the Like I appreciate it
