I'm using Foodsaver marinating method instead of injecting. I had to cut the flat in two of course but the penetration was really good and I'm guessing more evenly distributed.

 
I have used mine for Chicken...Amazing flavor...JJ

Can't wait to see it, I never even thought about cooking brisket any way but the old way,  I guess cause I'm old ?

Pulled out at 205. It was better than when injected so I'll probably do it like this from now on. It's worth it.
