Well now that I only have one steak left looks like the wife will have some leftovers! Got a nice looking strip coated with Tatonka Dust! Will be served with mushrooms and onions with a baked potato for a side.

Thanks Farmer, there was even a little onions in there! Just so everybody knows I did cook the wifey a baked tater at least,she had made some chli the other day and she was pretty happy with that.:biggrin:

Thanks! It even got a slight hint of smoke not as good as a true reverse sear but better then nothing. I have to tell you guys if you haven't tried the Tatonka Dust get some it really shines on steaks but is good on all meats I have had it on!
