Gave Keith's Tuscan Ribeye a try. Albertson had them for $10 lb. Found couple that looked good but was thinner than I like. Started marinading.

Keith been killing me with all his wild mushrooms so I decided to order some dried Morals. I figured a lot of water would cook out of them. Put in cold pan than on medium for 10 minutes. When went to check them they where a little burnt. Added some butter and than tasted really good. Next cook will double amount. I will be ordering some dried Chanterelle's next.

Friend gave me a potato he grew. Kept telling me home grown are so much better. He was right. So creamy. Steak was good but just a bit heavy on lemon. I went 2.5 hours and was probably to long for a thin steak but it was still good.

Looks good Brian . Cook on the steak looks fine to me .
I've been buying ribeyes in a 3 pack . Cut way thinner than I would normally buy , but they're really good .
