image.jpg Not sure if this belongs here or in equipment but those that have the old style stuffers heritage and what have you. There’s a large gap between the plate and barrel letting all the delicious meat ooze out the top. So I took the oring from the top of a pickle bucket cut it to size and super glued. Did snack sticks and almost no meet snuck by the top late wish I could take credit for this simple but effective fix (thanks dad)

Dave I think he is saying he cut the o-ring to size and glued the ends together to make a smaller o-ring.

That looks like a Enterprize stuffer. They didnt use o rings. I have one.

Yes I know that’s why I made one. Without it you loose almost as much as you stuff not an enterprise but same era (for years I thought it was too)

No I just load the tub place the oring on top and lower the plate it’s removable ,easy to clean or replace probably needed better lighting with everything being black.

OK.... So the NEW o-ring is loose in the stuffing chamber... Fill the chamber with ground meat, place the o-ring on top of the meat, against the side walls of the stuffing chamber, and lower the plunger to hold it in place.....
Cool, great fix.. There are folks that will thank you for that idea.....
