This is what i'm whipping up for this year's Thanksgiving......
Baked Hickory-Smoked Cottage Ham with Bourbon Glaze
Cider-Brined Applewood Smoked Spatchcocked Turkey
Baked Onion bagel, Wild Mushroom and Apple Dressing.
Stuffed Baked Smoked sweet potatoes topped with bacon, maple and hickory nut crumble.
Creamed monnopa spinach.
Blue cheese broccoli casserole.
Hearts of romaine ceasar salad.
Cranberry-Chipotle sauce.
Butter and egg cloverleaf rolls.
Pumpkin cheesecake with gingersnap crust...topped with a dollop of bourbon whipped cream.
Mashed potatoes and gravy too, of course.
Unfortunately, dinner have been delayed until next Tuesday...Boo Hoo!!!!!!
