Much appreciated Robert! Its was a great simple meal.....ribs in under an hour will be a thing for us in the future for sure!Great Gawd Civil!! That is one supreme looking plate. Prefect little char on the ribs. Add to that the grilled onions and pineapple, that's an out of the park grand slam home run buddy!! Beautiful job.

Meats and greens right Brian! There only a few things I don't do and blue cheese is one of those....... It stems from an experience from a kid at a fancy ski resort dinner (honoring my Dad) and I loaded up what I thought was ranch dressing and after one bite, I realized I did a bad thing but was resolved to consume it out of respect......the consequence was its now a no go for me....LOLI know you all like salads like I do. Was wondering if you have had that Baby Blue Salad like I made couple weeks ago? I think you would love it. The recipes are pretty much the same.
Many thanks ebz! The salad is a cabbage dressed with a Thai peanut sauce topped with cashews....It is tasty! I'm just waiting for the wife to write down how she makes it and I will post it.Looks like a terrific meal!
What's in the salad ? Looks like a nice side.
Thanks GS! The color was a surprise to me but it put a smile on my face! The color is fantastic and the flavors...well I can only imagine...
