- 2 -3lbs pork tenderloin
- 1⁄3 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄3 cup balsamic vinegar (i used a raspberry balsamic vinegar)
- 3 -4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh chopped rosemary
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2teaspoon pepper

Bank coals in webber to give HOT and COOL zones

Sear all sides of pork loin on HOT side for grill marks
Move 4 - 5 inches from HOT area
Insert Temp Probe ans set for desired internal temp 140F - 160F (I set for 145F)
Rotate lion while attaining temp
Remove and cover for 10 mins
