Wife's sauce is a honey bbq, sweet bay rays bbq sauce, honey, garlic, pepper, shot of ketchup and butter.
My sauce, the general hot sauce, a west indie Caribbean hot sauce, butter, franks hot sauce and a few others.
Have to say, the fife's crisped up better due to the sugar in her sauce. Very tasty all around, moist, crispy and will definitely do again.
