My goal is pulled Beef on Bao Buns
If not I can order a pizza!!
Started with a 5 lb Chuck. Injected with Butchers Beef Boost and used Killer Hogs Rub.
The Vision with the iKamand set for 250 using Lump and Oak

Chuck roast and meatloaf are high on my to smoke list in the very near future.
 
Steamed bao buns

11 Oz Flour

6 Oz warm milk

2tbs sugar

2 1/4 tsp yeast

2tbs sunflower oil

Knead and let proof 2 hours

Roll into 2 inch balls

Pin to 1/4 inch

Steam 8 mins


Dumplings

1 tbs Yeast

I tsp sugar

1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup warm water let stand 30 mins

1 1/2 cup flour

1/4 tsp salt

2 tbs sugar

1/2 cup warm water

1 Tbs oil

3 hours rise

Roll with 1/2 tps baking power

Wish I could get my chucks to turn out like that.

Think I need to try injecting the next one I do. Hopefully it will turn out as good as yours.
