seen someone else try this . thought i give it a shot. pork lion stuffed with onion,garlic salami,provolone cheese,jalepeno peppers. added some home made rub and smoked with cherry chunks. i think this was my best smoke ever.
oh yeah wrapped it in bacon.

thanks guys ! love trying new things. by the way wife finished leftovers for lunch was thinking about having some for dinner. o well glad she enjoyed it so much thats makes it all worth it.
