I but full loins.  Cut the ends off for roasts the cut center cut chops.

Seasoned with a sweet rub.

Cooked over oak and maple.

I love using the Octoforks.    You can see the juice flowing around the meat and self basting.

I am playing with making videos.

Served with last years corn, mashed taters and gravy.

Thanks Justin and for the points.

I love watching the juices like you say just follow the meat as it spins.   Definitely makes for some "extraordinary" food!   Nice Job Adam

Looking great from where I sit.
Love the video, the snap, crackle and pop of the fire and glistening hunk of meat.
Food pRon of the highest quality... Point worthy.
Have to enjoy the sounds a wood fire makes.

Thanks Chile

Thanks guys,

Too bad more people don't cook with wood...especially over a fire.   The sounds, the sizzle, the extra flavors...minus the "off flavors" you can get with charcoal and don't realize it.

Boy that brings back the days of when that's all I did didn't have a smoker cooked just about everything over open wood fire.

One of my daughters request for her wedding was my pit beef that was done over open wood fire. I've done whole turkeys too.

I will have the spinner at the gathering.
