It was MIL's 89th birthday yesterday and her and Mona's Mothers Day today.
So I said I will do supper today, they were more then happy to let me do it .
So a small Centre pork roast, rubbed up with Meat Church Honey Hog for about 10 hours.
Into the BBQ on the rotisserie, with the Inkbird probe, love the no wires . Cherry and mesquite chips.

One hour in so far. Added some water to the pan under to catch the juices so they don't just dry up.

washed up some potatoes, cut in half, oiled ,added salt and pepper.
When crunchy skin, flipped and added chedder cheese and green onions.
Roast ready, wrapped in foil and into low temp oven while waiting for the spuds and gravy to finish. Yes I saved the drippings to add the the gravy.
