Not sure the point of your post.
No offence, but that was a waste of 4 minutes of life from yet another YouTube contributor.

If I want hot spicy smoked cheese, I start with a block of Cabot Habanero Cheddar and cold smoke for a few hours. Tasty from the package and better with smoke.

It really wasn’t about smoking the cheese as it was sharing a new product with a review. I have tried the Cabot, the Sam’s fire, but felt the hot sauce infused cheese would be different animal

I agree . Be worth trying . My Son was talking about some new Sargento cheese yesterday .
Manages the dairy dept. at a local grocery . Good chance I'll have some later today , lol .

Unless you are just eating it straight from the package, it is unclear to me why the cheese and the hot sauce need to be combined in one product/bag?

Plenty of content-makers will go out of their way to hype bad/weird/unnecessary products, because that leads to greater "engagement" (and more pennies from YT), so I find their reviews often skew somewhat inverse to quality.
