Snake River Farms Wagyu Short Ribs!

I have never seen ribs of any kind like that. Wowzer.

I checked the price on the SRF website. My kids are always asking my wife what to get me for a birthday present, Christmas, etc. I think I just found an answer to that question!

I thought shipping with dry ice is now banned....I may be wrong on that.

That's how they are shipping the covid vaccines. I ordered a Wagyu brisket from Double 8 Cattle and there was 2 blocks of dry ice that lasted 3 days after package arrived.

Thanks! I go 50/50 in a shaker. I just keep moving it around so the heavier stuff doesn't settle to the bottom.
