It has been a long time since I have posted, but I figured I should post my smoked Ribeye Steaks.

First is a pic of the Ribeyes before starting. I seasoned them with course salt and pepper only.

I smoked them at 180 degrees until an internal temp of 130 using jack daniels barrel wood chips.

After I pulled them, I stuck them under the broiler for 3 minutes on each side.

Thanks guys. I used a masterbuilt digital electric smoker with a cold smoker attachment so I don't have to constantly add wood chips.
