Still cooking for the holidays
Rosh HaShannah (Jewish New Years) and Suckkot (the feast of tabernacles, Jewish Thanksgiving). So we’ll be having people over for 10 separate dinners.

Also from the smoker for dinners; half-dozen beercan chickens, 8lbs of brisket, 4 lbs of homemade pastrami, and 8 lbs rib roast. Not mention my wife in the kitchen. Love the holidays!

Nice.Dang,I see that you're in Az.What are your day/nighttime temps this time of year?

It’s a little warmer than average. This week low 100s for highs. Lows in the high 70s low 89s. I’m new here from Colorado, but it’s rather pleasant.
 
Looks like you did a fine job on that bird. Hopefully it was enjoyed by all.
