Cast iron skillet , get it hot . Fill the bottom with raw onion and some minced onion . Meat on top of onions . Flip once and put on top buns . Splash some water in the pan cover cracks with bottom buns . Add dill pickles when you put them together .I've never had a "real" WC burger,

You see copy cat recipes where they add to the meat . Not needed .Square loaf of 100% beef and 5 holes.

You can do it on the kettle , just use a tray that has tall sides . Might have to drain some grease . Thanks Chris .Looks great Chop, I'm going to have to barrow a few of you ideas next time I make sliders.
