BTW, how do you like your fries cooked with air fryer? I remember my brother tried it for several times but eventually returned the frier back to the store...
Thanks for the comments Push . I love the air fryer . I use frozen store bought fries , and things like that . Come out fantastic .

Nice rendition Chopsaw.
Thank you sir . I buy the frozen sometimes . They work .

Brings back fond memories. Yumm
Live out of the Castle territory, but used to visit them when down in the St Paul Minneapolis area. Family tolerated, but never appreciated my taste for them.
If I made them traditional grilled sliders ... gone in a flash.
...
I also put milk and peanut butter in the ground beef.
Not sure about current Castle meat patty content.
Uncle was an executive with Armour Meats up to early 90's. Armour was exclusive supplier to Castle for years. I asked him what was in the meat. He said it was Castle specified requirements. Square loaf of 100% beef and 5 holes.

Looks great Chop, I'm going to have to barrow a few of you ideas next time I make sliders.

Point for sure
Chris

The taste is really close , wish you could taste them . Be interested in what you thought .
Thanks for lookin .

I’m sure they taste fantastic. In fact I’m hungry for them now and will probably buy a box of the frozen ones.

Or....the closest one is 50 miles away, out of the way. It’s down by Bear’s neck of the woods. Maybe it’s roadtrip time. Bear and Xray Go To White Castle, were we are endlessly sidetracked and hilarious hijinks ensue. Hmm, sounds familiar!

Hell yeah chopsaw those look awesome! Big Points! We don't have white castle around here but I spent many of drunken night in college going to krystals at 2am lol.

I've been cooking on my griddle almost every night. Teriyaki chicken, fried rice, beef and broccoli, smash burgers, philly cheese steaks. Got fajitas coming up next.

Try out the frozen Arby's brand curly fries if you see them at the store they are great!

Wow, chopsaw those look fantastic. I grew up in Cincinnati and lived on belly bombers (White Castle - Crystal is not the same), skyline chili, goetta, LaRosa's pizza, and white brats.

I used to only eat skyline but in my older years my tastes changed and now I like gold star better. Used to buy both in packets from kroger when I went back to visit but now I skip skyline, the packets anyway. But when I am in town I only go to skyline, go figure.

Those are all the things I miss living way out west :emoji_disappointed:

Funny thing is I just made a packet of gold star yesterday, fixin to post some pics of it....:emoji_wink:

LoOove Belly Bombers,
Me too Eddie !
Man I could eat sliders like that until I pop! Those look great!
Thanks . When I go buy them I get the double cheese . Used to eat 4 , now I can get miserable on 2 , LOL .

I've never had a "real" WC burger,
Cast iron skillet , get it hot . Fill the bottom with raw onion and some minced onion . Meat on top of onions . Flip once and put on top buns . Splash some water in the pan cover cracks with bottom buns . Add dill pickles when you put them together .

I remember taking a bet I couldn't eat 10 Krystals at one sitting. I won that bet. Now like you, 2 or 3 is my limit! Ah to be young!

Oh man, I love me some White Castle.

I hate to admit it, but I still buy the little frozen ones at Kroger and microwave them. Obviously not the same, but it brings back memories.

Nice rendition Chopsaw.

They are not that far off from the real deal as long as you don't nuke them too long. I grab them from time to time as well. I'm really liking this recipe. A must try for sure.
