Beef short ribs with just a little SPOG type of rub and olive oil. Cooked these on the mini @ about 250...Rock solid temps
Potatoes with cold smoked butter...Yummy!
Started with about a 80% basket that was partially burnt to begin with and had about 60-70% left after a 4 hour cook here in December...love the mini!
