Don't know if this is the correct area but here goes....

Been cooking since grade school
From Alaska and master of the smoked salmon (requests made to be Christmas presents) meat veggies fruit bread...nuts and cheese are on the bucket list
Electric smoker but prefer grill/smoker and split timber
Pecan,oak, apple,cherry,peach,alder,and a little hickory
When this cooking/smoking device wears out ill be building one with rotisserie option
