Got back logged with my Q VIEW, so here goes.
  1. Smoked salmon (alder wood)
  2. Rice medley with black barley, Daikon radish seeds, wild rice and mixed vegetables.
  3. Tomato caper relish
  4. ABT with onion and chive cream cheese, a piece of shrimp, and then bacon

Cajun Andouille sausage
I also got a new Le Crouset baking dish for Christmas, so had to use it. Made some andouille sausage. first oven roasted the garlic(so I could get more into the without overpowering it)

These are after the smoke (hickory), sorry a little whited out from the flash.

I also did the Smoked Puerco Pibil (mesquite) based on Fire It Ups post: http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/for...t=puerco+pibil

Really liked the pibil.
Thanks for looking

Really nice pics, I like your presentation. Well done my friend.

Now thats some really looking good salmon and that Puerco Pibil and it looks like a really tastey pulled pork. So is it spicey or what?

Nice catching up!

Is that salt or something else on top of the garlic? How does that change the taste of it? Guess I need to try it both ways next time! I've always just cut the tops like you did and then drizzled some oil in them.
