Got back logged with my Q VIEW, so here goes.
Cajun Andouille sausage
I also got a new Le Crouset baking dish for Christmas, so had to use it. Made some andouille sausage. first oven roasted the garlic(so I could get more into the without overpowering it)
These are after the smoke (hickory), sorry a little whited out from the flash.
I also did the Smoked Puerco Pibil (mesquite) based on Fire It Ups post: http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/for...t=puerco+pibil
Really liked the pibil.

- Rice medley with black barley, Daikon radish seeds, wild rice and mixed vegetables.
- Tomato caper relish
- ABT with onion and chive cream cheese, a piece of shrimp, and then bacon
