I've done these before but with all the recent posts of them I had to do a few more! I used original Bob Evans sausage,wife won't do hot,wrapped the egg with a slice of baby swiss then wrapped in bacon and seasoned with bad Byrons butt rub. There on the WSM with some lump and cherry.

Only had to work 4.5 hours today! Here's the finished pic,I ate too many ribs and I'm not going to chance an egg right now.
