I've done these before but with all the recent posts of them I had to do a few more! I used original Bob Evans sausage,wife won't do hot,wrapped the egg with a slice of baby swiss then wrapped in bacon and seasoned with bad Byrons butt rub. There on the WSM with some lump and cherry.

 
Those look awesome! I am headed in that direction myself.
