Scored today Super 1 had there Butts for $1.27 lb. they were 10 to 15 lbs each I bought 6 of them...First up is pan sausage..

That would almost be worth the ride, I seen gas for $1.59 at Cosco today

Hey Roller, I picked up several myself from Super 1    smoked a couple yesterday.   Can't beat $ 10.00  Pork Butts

Gary

Walmart had one on a final markdown for $1.10 lb. last weekend. the Sell By date was just 2 days away but still looked just fine. Went into the freezer, will make it in a few weeks I think.

Besides the 2 I smoked yesterday I put 3 more in the freezer, already had one.  Before thanksgiving I paid $2.89 lb.

Wish they would run choice briskets for a buck twenty seven a lb.

I don't own a chest freezer.  If they had a sale like that I think I would actually go buy one just to store briskets ha ha

Was that a one day sale? They aren't listed in their circulars. I may have to swing by tomorrow after work and see what they have.

Good score!

I have seen pork prices ease a bit in my area, but still not down to a couple of years ago.

Good luck and good smoking.
