Looks great Case.  Nice selection of sausage.  I've never seen the corn husk thing before--I can sure believe its time consuming.

Looks great Case, I need to make more brats & hot links... Those recipes are both awesome. Thinkin of makin some venison sticks next weekend, we'll see how that plan turns out... LOL. Anyway lookin like you all are gonna have some good eatin.

That Ducks team is lookin good, beat the Wildcats who I've always been a bit partial to since I liked Lute Olson as the coach. They pretty well had the game last nite from the get go... They should do great going forward.

Wind, rain, snow, a few spots of sun. The smoker is rolling along with the chub of Taylor ham. Pretty soon I'll stick a probe in it to see where we're at.
