Spun a TT seasoned only with salt and pepper after the last rub I used a bit to heavy and the wife wouldn't eat it. Here it's resting on the spit.

Thanks Mike, I was thinking pizza or shepards pie with some leftovers,not to sure how tender the meat would stay so we went pizza. Still want yo try shepards pie idea sometime.
