Hello all,
I wanted to introduce myself and say thank you for accepting me...
I'm Mark, and I'm located in Georgetown, Indiana (about 15 minutes from Louisville, KY.) I just started smoking this spring.
I'm using a Masterbuilt Pro 30 electric smoker, and I've had a great experience with it so far.
I've done chicken wings, chicken thighs, pork chops, 26 lbs of Boston Butt, and currently I have a brisket rolling at 220.
I've always used this site for research, and figured I should join and share my experiences with everyone.
