Howdy y'all, new memeber checking in from central georgia.

I've been smoking meats for a few years now and somehow never came across this forum, figured I might as well join up. I'm usually smoking something about every weekend and love making large batches of sausage for family and friends. I also like woodworking, guns, playing guitar, hunting, fishing and cooking in general.
