Ripping off may be too strong a term. Inspired by @bill ace 350 . Utopenci looked to great to not make. Used the recipe off of meatsandsausages.com We will see how it turns out in a few weeks. Planning on a BBQ and brewing day and these ought to work alright! Thanks Bill for a great idea!
