After messing up 5 lbs of Lebanon bologna the other day i said self, Time for some ring.

Got done yesterday.

My son is here visiting so the rings went in the fridge. Will post pics of the cut later.

So far im happy with the results.

I Made 5lb garlic and 5lb hot with cheese and used natural casings
