Finally got a chance to try some ribs in the new smoker. Bought a masterbuilt pro smoker a few months ago. So far I have smoked couple of chickens, a Turkey, and a pork butt. All turned out pretty good. Today I decided to try some ribs. I used the 3-2-1 method I learned on here. I have learned so much from this forum. Thought i would share a picture of how the ribs turned out. I think the look pretty good and they taste great.

They look great to me!
I did the 3,2,1 method and pigged out royal! (I was batchin that weekend)
Even had the Grand Daughter come get some.
Mine were fallen off the bone, Laripin good!
I loved them!

Unfortunately, the wife and everybody told me not to mess with my rib recipe.
1. They don't like smoked.:(
2. They have about as much sense of adventure as a rock. :(

I'm a prisoner chained to my gas grill.

PS: Where'd you get that cool tray? Is it made of cutting board type material?

I agree, nice color and pull back.

Point for sure.
