Smoke Blower
I know it's sacrilege to talk of such things on this forum, but out here in Wyoming (I moved here from Ohio in June), it's waaaay too windy to get grilling much in the winter.
I'm hoping you folks have a suggestion or two about cooking ribs in the oven. Obviously, you can't smoke them in the oven (or can you?), but it seems simple enough. Any tips or tricks to such an endeavor?
