Ribeyes on the “Q”

We were kinda overdue for a couple of Ribeyes on the “Q”.
So I got a pair of “Choice” Ribeyes out of the Deep Freeze, and thawed them out.
Then I put them in a Ziplock Bag along with some Lawry’s Teriyaki Marinade for about 6 hours.

I also made another batch of Pan Baked Crab Cakes, so I could have a couple with my Steak.

Everything that happened after that is in the Captions below above the corresponding pictures.

I’m not sure why, but these were the Most Tender Ribeyes we ever had.
Didn’t do much different—Must have just been a Great Steer!!

Hope you Enjoy,

Bear

First I made another Batch of Crab Cakes to go with my Steak:

Going to Marinate these “Choice” Beauties in some Lawry’s Teriyaki Marinade:

About 6 hours in the Marinade this time:

Had to cut a small piece of my Ribeye to make room on my Sizzle Plate for my Roasted Reds, Crab Cakes, and Broccoli:

I'm always a bit taken by the fact that you manage to get a tasty breakfast out of your leftover steaks from the night before...for some reason, I never seem to have any steak leftover after dinner...

Maybe that's one of the reasons I'm struggling lately to button my jeans...

Thank You Red !!

I never used to have leftovers either until 3 1/2 years ago.
