Didn't get a clear shot of the whole plate but the steaks look fantastic. Beautiful cook on those babies and one can only guess they were fantastic.

Looks great! Love it all. Can’t wait to make me a ribey or several.

SHH-wife is leaving me alone for about 10 days. Gonna eat all the stuff she dont like. Like medium rare blood steak

That steak looks fantastic Marty, I really like brussels, but unfortunately they don't feel the same about me.
