Got up today on my day off and of course it's raining so I figured since I couldn't get out and do much I'd just make some ribs.
Seasoned them with just salt and pepper

Smoked for 6 hrs at 225 with apple pellets and AMNPS.
    Great way to brighten up a rainy day 20181108_112725.jpg 20181108_173435.jpg 20181108_174751.jpg 20181108_174900.jpg

Juicy and nice pullback on the bones. How did they eat?

Turned out to be some of the best ribs I've done. Perfect amount of smoke, good bark and great flavor.
