Bout four hours in and had to open the smoker to put in the beef back ribs, so figured I'd snap a pic or two... Smells real good... I'll start a separate thread for the beef back ribs..... Hope y'all are smokin somethin ! :beercheer:

Man I don't know how I've been able to resist! You've had two peaks one at 2 hours one at four! I hit hour 7 and haven't cracked the lid yet!!! It's killing me, but the mini is just cruising and I don't want to disturb it!!!
