Pulled pork and no boil mac and cheese nachos!

Just messing around today. Did a brisket and a ham. Made no boil mac and cheese and had some left over pulled pork. Caramelized some onions last night and those went on the nachos as well. Very good combo. Don't ask me how but I forgot the bacon. I wanted to add bacon to my mac and cheese!

So Here we go.

Chips first.

Then pulled pork.

Caramelized onions. These are so packed with flavor it's worth the time to do them.

Finally the smoked mac and cheese. First time no boil and it turned out great! I used the recipe I posted in the no boil mac and cheese thread. Added salt and cbp on top. Still mad I forgot the bacon! Too much going on I guess!

Oh I added some hot sauce as well. This was very good. The onions are the bomb and put these nachos over the top.

Those must have been some strong chips to handle that load!
